Strapit.hk offers free standard shipping in Hong Kong for orders over $HKD 1,000.00. Please note that orders under this amount will incur the standard delivery rate.

Outside Hong Kong, you may incur an additional remote charge, depending on the extra costs incurred. This is case by case, and we will contact you via phone to confirm additional charges.

We offer fast standard delivery anywhere within Hong Kong, usually within 2-4 working days, depending on your location. Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. will be processed and sent out the same day. Any orders placed after 11 am will be processed and shipped the next day.

In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.

Returns
Strapit.com.au offers a flexible return and exchange policy.

If the item you buy is not exactly what you expected, return it to us within 7 days, unused and in its original condition and packaging. Provided the items are returned to us unused and in the original packaging within 7 days, we will exchange them for another item, offer a store credit or refund your money, the choice is yours.

Used or damaged items that are returned will not be accepted.

Due to our free shipping policy, a re-delivery fee will be charged when items are returned for exchange because of a change of mind on purchases.

Unfortunately, Strapit.hk does not cover the cost of any return postage for change of mind purchases.

If, in the rare case, there is a manufacturing fault with your item, please contact us immediately after receiving your delivery. We will happily organise a repair or replacement item or credit you for a future purchase, in line with the manufacturer’s warranty.

A re-delivery fee will not be charged for exchanging any faulty items.
